Conference Fee
Apart from participation, the Conference Fee includes coffee breaks, a port wine tasting, the excursion and the conference dinner.
The event is organized by the Erasmus+ Project MoMaTrE and co-funded by Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. Through this, the MoMaTrE project can cover the participants’ costs for the conference partly. With your arrival to the conference we will reimburse 100€ for national (Portuguese) participants and 150€ for international participants.
Please notice that this support is not possible for participants of the MoMaTrE project’s institutions!

All participants are requested to register. Please start the registration process by filling the form bellow. After completing this step, you will receive an email confirming your submission.
Registration will only become effective after paying the conference fee.
Fees should be paid by bank transfer before 25th April 2020 (Early Bird, 170€). After this date you can still register (up to 1st June 2020, but the fee will be 210€).

Note that your name and the name of the workshop ROSETA should be clearly mentioned in the form of the bank transfer. Payments with missing information may not be considered. Transfer confirmation must be sent by e-mail to GCNT@sc.ipp.pt and aim@isep.ipp.pt (please click here to go directly for email message). The total amount of the fee should be credited to the conference organizer in one payment. Transfer expenses should be paid by the sender. Receipts will be given upon arrival.
